Sunday is Coming!

Easter stands at the very center of the Christian faith. It is not simply a holiday we observe—it is the foundation of everything we believe. On this day, we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the moment when sin was defeated, death was conquered, and the hope of eternal life was secured for all who trust in Him. Without the resurrection, our faith would be empty—but because Jesus is alive, our faith is alive, our future is secure, and our lives have purpose.
As we approach Easter, we are called not just to celebrate outwardly, but to prepare our hearts inwardly. This is a time to reflect on the weight of the cross, the depth of our sin, and the overwhelming grace of God. It is a season to repent, to realign our priorities, and to renew our devotion to Christ. When we come to worship on Easter, we shouldn’t come casually—we come with hearts awakened, grateful, and expectant.
Easter is the greatest day of the year because it reminds us that Jesus didn’t stay in the grave—and because of that, neither will we. So let us prepare our hearts, fix our eyes on Jesus, and come ready to celebrate the victory that changed everything.
