Membership

Joining WSBC is a decision to affiliate with a local group of believers who are accountable to the authority of the Bible, practicing their faith through their daily routines, using their gifts and talents to serve the community, sharing their resources to do the work of God and reaching out to spiritual seekers who do not yet have a personal relationship with God.

What is Membership

 Wooley Springs  is a family of believers in Jesus Christ. You can become a member of the church family in one of  the following ways:

By Salvation

Accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior and being baptized by immersion.
If you have already accepted Jesus but have not been baptized by immersion, then following Him in believer's baptism.

 By Letter

Transfer of membership by letter from another Baptist church or church of like faith and practice.

By Statement

Statement of having previously accepted Christ and experienced baptism by immersion as a member of another church of like faith and practice.

Led by Larry Bottom, our Minister of Education, you will enjoy a casual setting with a group of folks who, like you, want to know more about Wooley Springs. Larry will share the values, vision and beliefs, as well as how you can get connected and find your place of service at Wooley Springs Baptist Church.  You will also be given the opportunity to Join the Wooley Springs Family. We would love for you to join us in our next class.

Discover Wooley Springs takes place four times per year or when necessary.
It is taught  during the second Sunday School hour in Room 119 (Education Building)
